Qasr Al Veta respects the privacy of visitors who read our guidance, contact us, or request a Qasr Al Watan visit plan. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information You Provide
When you email or submit a planning request, you may provide your name, email, optional phone number, country, proposed visit date, party details, Abu Dhabi starting point, transport preferences, ticket status, visit pace, access preferences, and notes. Newsletter requests include an email address.
Do not submit passport details, medical records or diagnoses, payment-card information, or identity documents. We do not need them to review a planning request.
How Information Is Used
We use submitted information to respond, assess package scope, confirm a fee, prepare an accepted itinerary, correct factual trip details, maintain service records, and address legal or security concerns. Consent shown on the form records your agreement to send the request and accept the linked policies.
Email and Service Providers
The request form opens your own email application and prepares a message to [email protected]. Your email provider and ours may process that message under their own terms. Hosting and basic technical providers may process limited information needed to deliver and secure the site.
Essential Local Storage and Cookies
This site uses browser local storage only to remember whether you accepted or declined the essential-storage notice. It does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. You can clear the saved choice in your browser settings.
Retention
We keep enquiries and planning records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested service, resolve a dispute, or meet recordkeeping needs. Unneeded information may be deleted or anonymized.

Children’s Privacy
The service is intended for adults arranging travel. A parent or guardian may provide only the age ranges and practical needs necessary to plan for children; children should not submit requests themselves.
