Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the Qasr Al Veta website or request visitor-planning services. Sending a request indicates acceptance of these terms, but does not require Qasr Al Veta to accept the work.
Independent Advisory Relationship
Qasr Al Veta is an independent visitor-planning service. It does not operate Qasr Al Watan, sell admission, control opening hours, or guarantee entry. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Qasr Al Watan.
Packages, Fees, and Scope
- Essential Visit Plan: $39 for one date, one starting point, and up to 4 travelers.
- Complete Day Plan: $79 for up to 6 travelers, including transport comparisons and one nearby stop.
- Accessibility & Family Plan: $99 for up to 6 travelers, including access and family-timing details.
- Additional Traveler Group: $25 added for 7–12 travelers.
Fees cover the stated planning work only. Admission, transport, parking, guided tours, meals, and all other third-party purchases are separate.
Requests and Acceptance
A submitted form is a request, not an admission booking or immediate service acceptance. We review the details and confirm the package, scope, fee, and next step by email. Work begins after the customer accepts the confirmed scope and any stated payment arrangement.
Itinerary Delivery and Revisions
The accepted plan is delivered digitally by email. One revision for corrections to factual trip details is included. Requests that materially change the date, starting point, party, package, or day structure may require a revised scope and fee.
Customer-Supplied Information
You are responsible for providing accurate dates, party numbers, contact information, starting points, ticket status, and practical preferences. Do not submit passport details, medical diagnoses, identity documents, or payment-card information through the form or by email.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund availability depends on whether planning work has started and will be stated with the confirmed scope. Third-party ticket or transport cancellation terms are controlled by the relevant provider, not Qasr Al Veta.
Third-Party Services and Changing Information
Tickets, transport, parking, food, tours, and attraction services are supplied by third parties under their own terms. Opening times, prices, access arrangements, events, security rules, and ticket conditions may change after an itinerary is prepared. You must confirm final details through official channels before travel.
Intellectual Property
The site content and itineraries may be used for the customer’s personal trip planning. They may not be copied, resold, republished, or used to create a competing commercial service without written permission.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access. We may decline abusive, deceptive, or incomplete requests.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Planning guidance is based on the information available when it is prepared and cannot eliminate travel disruption or third-party changes. To the extent reasonably permitted, Qasr Al Veta is not responsible for a third party’s denial of entry, schedule change, cancellation, service quality, or loss outside the agreed advisory scope.
Governing Terms and Updates
These terms and the confirmed service scope form the understanding between the customer and Qasr Al Veta. If a provision cannot be applied, the remaining provisions continue. We may update these terms; the effective date identifies the current version.
